Job Opportunities

We seek staff members with compassion, creativeness, the drive to continue learning about behavior analysis and techniques, and the whimsey to be silly and play. A list of qualifications for open positions is listed below. However, each staff member will be directly trained by one of our BCBAs, so all applicants will be considered despite skill level and experience.


Eligible candidates will have their Master's Degree and be board certified or be eligible to sit for the exam within 6 months of being hired. Must have two years experience or more in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Job responsibilities include the following:

·       Supervising assigned caseloads

·       Implementing ongoing staff training

·       Running team meetings

·       Ongoing parent training

·       Programming for each client as appropriate

·       Reviewing and changing programming based on client progress

·       Write progress reports

·       Attend yearly ABA-related conferences to remain current with research and relevant issues

Behavior Technician

Ideal candidates have a Bachelors or Associates Degree in behavior analysis, or related field. At least 2 years experience working with children, preferably children with special needs.  All tutors will be trained by our BCBAs on an ongoing basis, so if a candidate has a drive and passion to work in this field they will be considered despite experience and education.

Job responsibilities include the following:

·       Providing direct intervention to clients

·       Attend team meetings

·       Use techniques of behavior analysis

·       Take accurate data on client progress

·       Alert Case Manager of any relevant information or changes

·       Maintaining professional attire and relationship with clients

·       Be available to climb, carry, run, skip, jump, color, create, be silly, and play

·       Be open to attending yearly conferences to learn more about the field and stay current on research and relevant issues
