We believe that our Key to Behavior staff is comprised of the best Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians the field has to offer. Our team is filled with compassionate, driven, and hard working individuals that really put their clients first and strive to help them reach all of their goals.
Megan Sprague, M.S., BCBA
Megan’s passion for individuals with special needs began at a young age. From elementary school through high school, she strived to befriend her peers with special needs, and to help educate others about tolerance and the acceptance of those who are different.
Megan attended The University of Arizona and received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development, Magna Cum Laude, with a minor in counseling in special education. Megan then attended the University of North Texas, receiving her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism intervention.
Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009, Megan has been creating and implementing behavior analytic programming tailored to each client, using a variety of assessment techniques, monitoring child progress and program data, and training staff and parents on the use of behavior analytic techniques to help families with children with autism and other disabilities.
Victoria Koci, M.S., BCBA
Victoria knew from a young age that regardless of the career she pursued, it would involve working with and helping children succeed. She obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology from San Diego State University in 2012 and her Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University in 2017. Victoria has worked with Key to Behavior since the beginning of her journey in 2013 where she has been able to learn and grow through the many advantages a smaller company has to offer. Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017, Victoria has had the opportunity to pass on her love of ABA to new behavior technicians as well as collaborate with parents to accomplish the goals set for their children. Victoria specializes in early intervention and toddlers. She continues to be an integral part of the growth each of her clients by having the opportunity to create meaningful change and relationships in a more intimate setting that is not available at larger organizations.
Alison Moser, M.ED, BCBA
Alison has been involved in the special needs community since she was a child due to her older brother’s diagnosis of ASD. Over the years, she could not seem to leave a community she loved, so she decided to pursue a career in ABA. She graduated with her B.S. in Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences from San Diego State University in 2015. She then went on to receive her M.Ed. in ABA, Curriculum, and Instruction from Arizona State University and became a BCBA in 2018. Alison provides over a decade of experience working professionally with individuals with ASD and other developmental differences. She specializes in working with clients with extreme behavioral and/or communication challenges. Alison is always reading new literature on interventions about how to help children with ASD to learn, in order to give each client the best possible programming. By combining her behavioral and speech-language backgrounds, she is able to provide ABA services that are uniquely tailored to each individual.
